INSTRUCTIONS
Before you begin your application, please take note of the following:
Saving Progress:
If you cannot complete this application in one sitting, you may save your progress by clicking the checkbox at the end of the application that reads "Save my progress and resume later." ONLY check the "save progress" checkbox if you cannot complete your application in one sitting. If you are able to complete the entire application in one sitting, do not check the "save progress" checkbox.
When you check the box to save progress, you will be prompted to enter an email address. After entering your email address, click the button that reads "Save form and resume later." After clicking the "save form" button, your form data is saved and an email will be sent to the address you specified. The email will contain a link to retrieve your saved data and complete the application.
Resuming a Saved Application:
The only way to retrieve your stored application and resume it is through the link provided at the time you save your progress. If you saved your progress but did not receive an email, check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
When you open the link to a saved application, it will start you out on the INSTRUCTION page; click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to resume filling out your application.
Reviewing Your Application
Once you've completed your form, clicking the "Submit" button will send you to a preview page. If you discover things that need to be changed, click the "Previous" link at the bottom of the preview page.
Printing Your Application
If you would like to print a copy of your application, you can do so by printing the "Preview" page. You will also receive a copy of the application by email after you submit it.
